Event: The State of the Union is an annual event by the EUI which takes place in Florence. The 2022 edition had 135 speakers, 43 sessions, and 40 hours of content. Key topics included climate, digital, recovery. Over 500 attended in person, and 11,500 joined online.
Campaign: My job therefore consisted in preparing digital and printed material for the conference. I initially worked on the animations concerning the five different streams and the layout of the video streaming. At the same time I created contents for the SOU website with the support of the EUI web unit, and then I dedicated myself to the press campaign - digital and printed - for our international media partners.
Subsequently, together with the design team, I designed all the printed media, such as posters, playbills, totems, roll-ups, and above all the huge backdrops for the five stages. Once the conference was over, I dedicated myself to the design and creation of the final report, which ended in a 90-page editorial project.
